How It All Began?

My late uncle, an immigrant from Vietnam, was the all-American man. His persistence to escape Vietnam led him to live the American dream, fulfilling his passion of being an entrepreneur.

He was driven to succeed.

He consistently wanted to satisfy every customer who walked in and share his wife’s dishes that we all have been so lucky to grow up with. As my aunt’s biggest fan of her cooking, my uncle wanted to share her recipes with the rest of the world.

To fulfill his legacy, I hope with every dish tells the story of my uncle’s success as an American entrepreneur and a husband who simply loved his wife’s cooking.
